The notification function of ENTROYI eRFQ system is available on WeChat service account. We can receive the alerts on Wechat service account simultaneously and see orders directly at anytime and anywhere, but needn’t to check information on computer.
 

The message from the eRFQ system about inquiring, quotation and order will be sent to user’s mobile phone after binding user’s WeChat account. Suppliers can login into the system on mobile phone to quote price and manage orders as soon as possible after receiving alters. It is benefit to coordinate information and improve efficiency between buyers and supplier.
 

Please refer to the following step to bind notification function.
 

Step One: Follow ENTORYI on WeChat. Only follow the Entroyi service account can bind the notification function.
 

Step Two: Enter the homepage of Entroyi service account and click System Login – Account bind successively.
 

Step Three: After entering the Entroyi binding page, choose the corresponding system, fulfill information, click confirm button and finish the binding progress.
 

After binding, users can receive the business notification from system on WeChat, including business process reminder, order update alert, abnormal orders messages and so on.

After clicking View Details in the message template, it will jump directly to the system operation interface of the mobile terminal (for the first login, it will jump to the login page first), and you can view the quotation and pending orders in the system with your mobile phone. You can also quickly quote, check or manage orders for the last three months directly from your mobile phone. The following diagrams are available for reference.
